OB3, an animated Big 3, is the personification of our quality pledge and makes regular appearances in our hotels and at community events. OB3 greets clients on sales calls. He congratulates team members for their years of service at our annual Team Member Award Banquets. He participates in our annual Housekeeping Olympics. He visits area schools.
