We are quite proud of the remarkable team of individuals that represent the B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group and are pleased to welcome new members to our work place family. Forty percent of our team members have worked for us five years or more and 79% have one or more years of service. Our turnover rate is in the low thirty percent in an industry that is notorious for having excessive turnover. We attribute these exceptional rates to the satisfaction they have found in our work place culture.
